Welcome to MindWise Academy. By enrolling in our courses, including the 245i Training for Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Enrollment & Access

• Enrollment provides you with access to the purchased course(s) through our Thinkific platform.

• Access is individual and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

• Course access is provided for the period stated at purchase. Extensions may be available upon request at the discretion of MindWise Academy.

2. Course Content & Intellectual Property

• All course materials (videos, handouts, quizzes, certificates, graphics, etc.) are the property of MindWise Academy.

• You may use course content for your personal learning and professional development only.

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling course materials without written permission from MindWise Academy is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially accessed (defined as completing more than 10% of the content).

• After 7 days, or if the course has been significantly accessed, refunds will not be issued. 

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

4. Certification of Completion

• To receive a certificate of completion, learners must finish all required modules, quizzes, and assessments.

• Certificates will reflect compliance with Minnesota DHS 245i training requirements and will be issued in your name only.

• MindWise Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if completion requirements are not met.

5. Technology Requirements

• Learners are responsible for ensuring they have a device and internet connection capable of accessing Thinkific’s platform.

• MindWise Academy is not responsible for technical issues on a learner’s device, internet provider issues, or downtime beyond our control.

6. Code of Conduct

By participating in our training, you agree to:

• Use respectful, professional communication in any interactive features.

• Not misuse or tamper with the platform in any way.

• Follow all applicable laws and professional ethical standards.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

• Our courses are designed to meet Minnesota DHS 245i.05 training requirements for ARMHS staff.

• MindWise Academy does not provide legal advice. Employers and learners are responsible for ensuring that training completion aligns with their organization’s policies and DHS compliance.

• We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from misuse of course materials or non-compliance by the learner.

8. Modifications to Courses or Terms

• MindWise Academy reserves the right to update course content, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
